Sustainable & Low-Waste Policy

  •  No Returns: To maintain a sustainable, low-waste business, we don’t accept returns at this time. 
  • Exchanges welcome: We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.  
  • Condition: If the returned item is not in its original condition, we won’t process the exchange. Return shipping will be invoiced, and if not paid within 30 days, the item will be donated, and the invoice voided.
  • How to Start: Click here to begin your exchange process. After approval, you’ll receive instructions on shipping your item.
  • Store Credit: All exchanges are issued via store credit, which will be emailed 5-7 days after your item is received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed, so please double-check your address and sizing before checkout!

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Exceptions: We don’t accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal items (like undergarments), hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. Reach out if you have concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

  • Store Credit Only: Refunds are processed via store credit after we receive and inspect the return. You’ll be notified if approved.

Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Package Protection: We offer Route package protection at checkout. If you decline it, we cannot replace lost/stolen packages.

Shipping Responsibility
